Ingredients

  • 1- 4 pieces of Kafta Kabab
  • 2- 1 cup of garlic cloves
  • 3- 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 4- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 5- ¼ cup ice water
  • 6- 3 cups of vegetable oil

Directions

    - Garlic sauce:

    Remove the sprout from each garlic clove half

  • 3

    Place the garlic and salt in the food processor

  • 4

    Pulse the ingredients until finely minced

  • 5

    Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and continue processing until paste begins to form

  • 6

    Add a second tablespoon until completely smooth and fluffy

  • 7

    With the food processing running drizzle slowly the vegetable oil followed by 1 tablespoon of water

    Repeat the process until all the oil and water have been added and required consistency achieved.

    - Kafta Kabab:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Put Kabab for 10 minutes

    Assemble all in one plate and enjoy
