Ingredients
- 1- 4 pieces of Kafta Kabab
- 2- 1 cup of garlic cloves
- 3- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 4- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 5- ¼ cup ice water
- 6- 3 cups of vegetable oil

- Garlic sauce:

Remove the sprout from each garlic clove half

Place the garlic and salt in the food processor

Pulse the ingredients until finely minced

Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and continue processing until paste begins to form

Add a second tablespoon until completely smooth and fluffy

With the food processing running drizzle slowly the vegetable oil followed by 1 tablespoon of water

Repeat the process until all the oil and water have been added and required consistency achieved.
